About Pick Two Property Services
Pick Two Services is licensed and insured as a General Contractor in Washington State. I serve the Skyway, Renton, Beacon Hill, and Rainier Beach Neighborhoods. That's where my family lives, and I prefer to work with our nearest neighbors first and foremost. From simple projects like hanging art, to repainting rooms, updating fixtures, landscape projects or even disposal of junk- we are ready to help! We will never damage your property, and we pledge to always arrive clean and presentable and to work completely drug free.
My Approach and Your Vision
Pick Two Services is at present a one man show, Founded and operated by me- Stephen Cominski. I represent myself to you as a conscientious and professional "Handyperson" as opposed to a full blown "let's build an addition on your house" General Contractor. My forte is small to medium repair and maintenance projects. However, depending on your needs I am fully prepared to engage and partner with other exemplary and professional Contractors with whom I have cultivated relationships in order to fulfill your vision for your projects. I hold a General Contractors License and maintain a robust level of business liability insurance even though neither are required because I believe my Clients deserve no less from a business servicing their Personal Residence or an Important Rental Property.

- Landscape projects including shrub and tree planting, mulching, edging, and vacation grounds watering
- Installation of low voltage electric projects such as security cameras, smart home accessories, and motion sensitive lights

- Junk and yard debris removal, dump runs
- Repairs and improvements to dog runs, chicken coops, or other animal enclosures
- Mechanical repairs and maintenance on your Boat, Motorcycle, ATV, or Lawn Equipment
